ITHS

— Who We Are

Healthcare reimagined
for everyone.

ITHS was built by clinicians and engineers who experienced, first-hand, what happens when healthcare systems fail the people depending on them.

— Our Story

We started with a simple but urgent question

Why does a patient in Lagos have to visit three different offices, carry paper files across town, and wait weeks for lab results — when the same workflow takes minutes in digitally mature health systems?

The answer wasn't technology. It was integration. The technology existed; the connective tissue didn't. So we built it.

Today, ITHS is the operating layer that lets healthcare facilities, providers, patients, and their diaspora families act as one coordinated system — regardless of where anyone sits.
